  • The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, weight, and service availability.

1.3 Processing Time

  • Orders typically process within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern may begin processing the next business day.

1.4 Delivery Time

  • Estimated standard delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

1.5 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be clearly stated on-site when available.

1.6 Pricing & Promotions Transparency 🧾

  • We aim to display transparent, fair, and competitive prices for all products.
  • If a product shows a "Compare at" price, it is intended to reflect either:
    • a recent selling price offered by IVJ Store, or
    • a commonly advertised price for the same or similar item.
  • We avoid misleading or artificial discounts.
  • Applicable taxes (where required) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

1.6 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available from the carrier).
  • If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please get in touch with us and we’ll assist you. 😊

1.7 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at the time of purchase.

1.8 Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If tracking shows your order as significantly delayed or not delivered, contact us so we can help review the situation with the carrier.
  • Resolutions (replacement or refund) may depend on the carrier’s investigation and confirmation.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:
    • Unused and in their original, unopened packaging
    • In the same condition that you received them
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable if clearly marked as such on the product page.

2.2 Return Window

  • Unless otherwise stated, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2.3 How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Email us at ivjstore4@gmail.com with your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide:
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Return instructions and return address details
  3. Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA may not be accepted.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a prepaid label or replacement.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

2.5 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).

2.6 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly assist.
  • Where verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

2.7 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned used, opened, or not in their original condition (unless due to damage/defect verified by us).
  • Items returned without prior RMA approval.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
