What is IVJ Store?

IVJ Store is a US-based online shop offering carefully curated skincare and body care products from trusted manufacturers and suppliers. We focus on clear information, honest policies, and responsive support.

Are you a legitimate business?

Yes. Our operations, contact details, and policies are transparent and publicly listed:

  • Physical address in Atlanta, GA
  • Direct support email and phone number

2. Shipping & Delivery 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: typically 0–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Delivery time: generally 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and location.

Which carriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your order and destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available). You can also use our Track My Order page if enabled on the site.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time we only ship within the United States.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package. What should I do?

First, check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or mailrooms. If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number and then reach out to us so we can review options with you.

3. Orders, Changes & Cancellations 🧾

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Maybe 👍. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

If we haven’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update it. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or non-delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds 🔄

What is your return policy?

In general, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • They are unused and unopened
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number)

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons when clearly noted on the product page.

How do I start a return?

Email us at ivjstore4@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return

Our team will review and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), we’ll work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a prepaid label or replacement. For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or provider (typically 5–10 business days once processed).

5. Products, Ingredients & Safety 

Are your products safe?

We curate products from suppliers that provide ingredient lists and are intended for cosmetic use. Always review ingredients if you have sensitivities or allergies and follow the usage directions.

Do your products have medical or guaranteed results?

No. Our products are for cosmetic use only. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and results can vary from person to person. For medical or serious skin concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional or dermatologist.

Where can I see ingredients?

When available, ingredient information is listed on each product page or on the product packaging. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing for more details. 

6. Payments & Promotions

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available at checkout (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and others shown on the Site).

Are my payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

How do discounts and “Compare at” prices work?

We aim for honest pricing. If a product shows a “Compare at” price, it is intended to reflect either a recent selling price by IVJ Store or a commonly advertised price for the same or similar item. We avoid misleading or artificial discounts, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
